Located in Kirtland, Ohio, twenty five miles east of Cleveland, The Holden Arboretum encompasses over 3,400 acres and is the one of the largest arboreta in the United States.
Established in 1931 on 100 acres and accredited by the American Association of Museums, The Holden Arboretum is dedicated to collecting woody plants for ornamental and scientific merit for northeastern Ohio.
