Description:

At about 35 individuals left in a single subpopulation, this member of the sunflower family is a dwarfed subspecies of Dubautia plantaginea. It can reach up to 1 meter tall with yellow florets that turn purple with age.

Habitat:

The preferred habitat of this dwarfed Dubautia subspecies consists of wet, barren, wind-blown cliffs.
