Description:

Calochortus obispoensis is a perennial bulbiferous herb with slender stems about 1-2 ft tall, long, narrow withering leaves and flowers that bloom from May through July.  The flowers are arranged in a cluster of 2-6 with yellow to deep orange pointed petals and dark red-brown anthers .
