Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani collected 16 June 2021 from National Tropical Botanical Garden's Allerton Garden on Kauaʻi, HI, US. This collection was made as part of CPC seed longevity study which will compare the RNA integrity of seed from this new collection to seed collected from the same species over 15 years ago.
