Based on an September 2020 extract of the California Plant Rescue Database, California Botanic Garden holds 2 accessions of Clarkia concinna subsp. raichei in orthodox seed collection. There are as many as 96259 seeds of this species in their collection - although some may have been used for curation testing or sent to back up.

Garden staff grew plants from seeds collected in habitat by the USFWS. Approximately 500,000 seeds were produced and collected by maternal lines in the UCBG nursery in 2017. Half of these are being sent for long term storage at the NLGRP.
