Desert Botanical Garden staff collected seed from a wild population of Lupinus latifolius ssp. leucanthus in Prescott National Forest in 2024 for the CPC-USFS rare plant seed banking project. Seed is stored in orthodox storage at Desert Botanical Garden and at the USDA-ARS NLGRP.
