The Santa Barbara Botanic Garden’s Rare Plant Conservation Team is doubling in size this year. We will be hiring 4 new staff to help us understand, protect and restore rare plants in California. There are opportunities for those with  either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with some positions emphasizing field work and others emphasizing nursery work and seed curation.
