Is anyone actively working on culture of and/or cryopreservation of cycad embryos?
Richard Litz, now retired, from Florida did work with cycad somatic embryogenesis.
There is a recent review on cycads where you can find information on embryos and other tissues: Comparative Biology of Cycad Pollen, Seed and Tissue – A Plant Conservation Perspective
