Hi all,
We are just getting started with a cryopreservation of plants at SDZWA and were hoping the few folks who currently do cryopreservation could offer some insight into their cryovial usage.
Does anyone use cryovials with etched bar codes? Have you run into any problems with these vials?
Our animal tissue cryobanking colleagues at SDZWA seem to use only 1.5-2mL vials. Do you often use larger/longer vials, and under what circumstances?
