Looking for info on how best to design a scientific study for rare plant reintroductions! Also suggestions on equipment for monitoring long-term plots (light meters, soil moisture probs, data loggers).

Not sure what you want to test, specifically, but this document (attached) might assist you with your methodology. These guidelines come from the Hawaiʻi Rare Plant Restoration Group (HRPRG).
