A narrow endemic to the Kaibab Plateau of northern Arizona, in just about every open clearing at a certain elevation range. There are approximately 1 million plants at one location. The species was annotated to Physaria and may be related to P. kingii due to a lot of overlap. (John Spence, 2012 Grank Review team).
