    A regional endemic of riverbanks and limestone bluffs in central Kentucky and middle Tennessee. 25 new sites were discovered in 1995 along precipitous cliffs of the Kentucky River. Because of the difficultly in accessing these sites, it is uncertain whether these are a large continuous population (if so, the species may be fairly secure) or scattered, smaller populations.
