Coastal dunes are one of the most important ecosystems in south Florida.  They provide resiliency to the entire community in the face of storms and hurricanes, and are important to the beach experience, the most important economic driver in our community.  Naples Botanical Gardens works with beach dune managers to promote and protect plant diversity.
