Where to backup up non-National Collection species

I am trying to figure out how to backup our seed collections from plants we work with (or have had banked with us) that are not part of the CPC National Collection so not under the agreement to backup with NLGRP. Some of the seeds we’ll be wanting to backup are from species not worthy of elevating to the National Collection list (globally/nationally secure, but locally/regionally of interest to various parties).

What are folks out there doing to backup non-National Collection seeds?
