Optimizing the accession-level # of seeds to use in viability testing and distribution

As we all know, seed collections from rare plants are often limited in quantity. In our new paper we use math to help with decisions about viability testing and distribution, and present three case studies including one on the Endangered Cyanea kuhihewa. The equations presented could be integrated into collections management software and the hope is that they improve the management of ex situ seed collections.
