Is there a group or web site that has a compilation of information on genetic diversity within particular plant species?
Hello! I do not know of a compilation of genetic studies on plants. Several reviews exist, some of which are below, but I don’t know of a comprehensive database. The closest I know is CartograTree, which is mostly focused on trees. https://treegenesdb.org/ct/about
