About
I am a conservation ecologist with a passion for botany and plants!
I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Natural Resources Conservation. I have been working for various Bureau of Land Management field offices ( Southern Nevada, Twin Falls, and Lander) for the last several years conducting rare plant surveys, native seed collections, and general ecological monitoring.
In my free time, I have been enjoying exploring the landscapes and culture of South America while improving my Spanish!
I am looking forward to diving deeper into my botanical career and would be very excited to gain some experience working and/ or studying in Latin America.
Other interests include rock climbing, painting, drawing, reading, writing, swimming, and taking in sunshine.
