Celebrating World Wildlife Day 2022

World Wildlife Day 2022 will take place March 3, celebrating the theme of “Recovering key species for ecosystem restoration.” The theme was chosen to draw attention to the conservation status of some of the most critically endangered species of wild flora and fauna, and to drive discussions towards imagining and implementing solutions to conserve them. There are over 22,000 endangered and critically endangered species on the IUCN Red List. Continued species loss is a threat to people and our planet.
