Several vegetative plants of the spectacular Kauaʻi endemic Lobelia villosa (Campanulaceae) in a fragile montane bog habitat located around the Alakaʻi Plateau, Kauaʻi (1270 meters elevation), in association with the common bog moss, Racomitrium lanuginosum, several varieties of Metrosideros (Myrtaceae), and the bog sedge, Carex montis-eeka (Cyperaceae).
